Portrait Photography Terms and Conditions

Most sessions are completed within the first time block. However, I may ask you to book more time if I believe that your personal requirements will take longer to achieve - in this particular instance, you will not be asked to pay for the extra block booked if I do not need it.

If you are concerned that, or aware of events that may delay the proceedings, then we recommend that you book the next hour to avoid disappointment.

Non-refundable deposit due at time of booking - I accept cash, Paypal and cheques made payable to Isabelle McInally. Bookings are not secure until the deposit has been accepted and confirmed.

Remainder is due at the start of the photo-shoot. No deliveries are made until payment has been made in full. I reserve the right to use any and all photographs at my convenience where customers default payment, whatever the reason.

To ensure optimum opportunities for Home Location Photography shoots, I require a minimum of 9 sqm of free space. Where digital tidying is necessary on home decor, such as stains, bad paint jobs... this additional cost will be based on £30 per hour and will depend on the amount of work required. Ensure room is tidy and decor is clean and provide alternatives just in case.

Cost excludes Transport / Food / Drinks /Accommodation where applicable for long distance Location Portrait Photography sessions.
